Yukhnovsky’s scientific interests focus on chemistry of high molecular compounds and preparation of pharmaceutical drugs. His research-to-practice activity is mainly related to the creation of the main series of high-productive and environmentally friendly technologies for general and functional galvanics, microelectronics and preparation of metal surfaces. He is the founder of his own scientific school.

Yukhnovsky is the author and co-author of more than 170 scientific works, including his famous monograph series “Chemistry of Functional Groups” (1983, London).
