Yevhen Holovakha is a Ukrainian psychologist, sociologist and public figure, a doctor of philosophy, and a full professor. Since 2002, he has been the Head of the Department of Sociopolitical Processes at the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
He is a co-author of the “causometry” technique, which is a biographical psychotherapeutic method that became widely practiced in the USSR in 1980s, and the author of his own psychological and sociological interpretation of the mass psychological phenomenon of social ambivalence of Ukrainian society.
