The University Academic Board members are:

• by position — University President, Vice-Presidents, deans (heads of the University academic and scientific institutes), academic secretary, Director of the Central Scientific Library, Chief Accountant, heads of the self-government and elective bodies of the Primary Trade Union organizations of the University faculty and staff,
• elective representatives of researchers and faculty elected from among the heads of departments, full professors, doctors of philosophy, doctors of sciences,
• elective representatives of other employees of the University, who have permanent employment at the University,
• elective representatives of postgraduate and doctoral students, attendees, heads of the elective bodies of the Primary Trade Union organizations of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students, heads of student self-government of the University.

The elective representatives are elected by the quotas set forth in the Statute of the University with 75% of its members being researchers and faculty of the University and at least 10% — the elective members from among the students of the University.
