The Academic Board’s Committee on Budget and Finance, Socio-Economic and Business Operations is involved in decision-making as to:

• approving the University’s financial plan and annual financial report;
• approving the decision on the University’s revenue allocation in the territorial agencies of the Central Executive Branch Agency for maintaining budget funds by the Treasury , or in banking institutions;
• ensuring the University’s readiness for winter-season operation;
• ensuring implementation of the energy-saving program of the University.
